This is interesting, it’s a soy sauce flavoured ice cream which has been created by a Japanese confectionary company. Confectionary company Hirota have teamed up with Yamani Soy Sauce Co to create what they say is the perfect summer dessert, a cream puff filled with soy sauce ice cream. Funds raised from the sale of the dessert will go towards helping to revitalise Rikuzentakata, a city in northeastern Japan which was badly affected by the 2011 tsunami. it certainly sounds interesting, but I’m not sure I would like it.
