After rats were spotted in Downing Street a new resident has moved in to deal with them. Larry the cat has been recruited from Battersea Dogs and Cats home and will be moving in shortly to deal with the problem. If all goes well Downing Street should soon be rat free, at least from the rodent variety anyway
