According to this article a loggerhead turtle has found in a rockpool near Tintagel in Cornwall. The turtle which has been nicknamed Steve is the second loggerhead turtle to be found in the area within the month. Steve appeared to be unharmed and he has been taken to Newquay’s Blue Reef Aquarium where he is recovering with the other turtle, Squirt. Both turtles will be released in the Canary Islands once they are fully recovered.
