A chippy in Doncaster has broken the world record for the largest portion of cod and chips. Scawsby Fisheries served up a 33lb (15kg) piece of cod with 64lb (29kg) of chips to beat the old record of 77lb (34.9kg) by 20lb (9.1kg). The fish was so large it took two people to lift it out of fryer using garden forks.
