One crop that has done really well this year is the courgettes. I am particularly pleased with them as I grew the plants from seed in the greenhouse and it is my first attempt at growing them. The plants are covered with flowers and we are just starting to pick the fruits. The fruits themselves are a good size, and whilst some are rather odd shapes, that’s the beauty of growing your growing your own vegetables. The question is now, what to do with them all?
