Cup cakes are everywhere at the moment but this is the first time I have come across alcoholic cup cakes. It seems a few companies are trying the idea, adding drinks such as gin, champagne and rum to their cup cakes.
A company in Wimbledon is offering a Chocolate Guinness cup cake, Whiskey Sour and a Baileys Shot. Other flavours include strawberry daiquiri and cherry cola. I can feel some cake making experiments coming on.
