If this article is correct the world’s most expensive Christmas dinner costs £125,000. The menu for four works out to £31,250 per person. It has been devised by London chef Ben Spalding. The starter is birds nest caviar with 150 year old balsamic vinegar and Pat Negra ham. The Christmas turkey is served with Dodine turkey and with Wagyu beef fillet and heart and wrapped in gold leaf and sprinkled in Akbari pistachios. The dessert includes a whipped Kopi Luwak, and a coffee bean, and Densuke watermelon. Dinner is served with a £37,000 bottle of Piper Heidsieck 1907 champagne served in diamond studded flutes.
