I have been a user of milk and more for more than 5 years and have recently decided to stop using the service. What should be a good service has for me become unusable. I initially started using is because it was convenient. I could change my order up to 9pm the night before my delivery, adding or removing items as needed.
In the past 6 months there has been a problem with the website. It has not permitted me to either add or remove items when there is any balance due on the account. I can understand why it won’t allow me to add items, although the fact I pay by monthly direct debit, should more than cover this. I do get very annoyed, however, than I cannot remove items, if I even have a £2.00 due balance on the account. I have emailed the company regarding this problem and received a call indicating it had been fixed. It is still a problem and as such makes the site unusable. I have a fridge full of eggs I could not cancel and am frankly fed up with the service. What a shame when it could have been so useful.
