It’s been a few years since we had snow in March, so I didn’t really take the forecast that seriously when I saw some was predicted. I was surprised on waking up this morning to find that it had indeed snowed and there is more of it than predicted.
The children were up at 6am excitedly texting their friends about whether school was closed. Luckily for them they have the day off as many of the local roads were not gritted meaning their teachers couldn’t get to school safely. It’s work as usual for me but not before I get outside and throw a few snowballs.
