This is interesting it’s a six course soil tasting menu. Created by a Tokyo restaurant the soil cuisine is aimed at the more adventurous diner. The menu includes soil soup as a starter, potato balls with soil sauce and soil sorbet. The soil is sourced carefully from locations that ensure it is not contaminated. It is then cooked and any sand removed before being made into the different dishes. The menu costs £70 for the six courses. It certainly is something a bit different.
