We have had a massive crop of raspberries this year. Every time I go out to pick them there is a mixing bowl full. I have over 20 pots of jam, more than enough to last until next summer and we have been eating them by the bowlful. I really am starting to get a little bit sick of raspberries. I will have to look up some new recipes to use the remaining crop. I expect we have another week or so before they finish producing fruit so there are plenty more to use.
