This makes a really good mid-week meal and is enough to feed the family for 2 days. I cooked the pasta then made a basic white sauce. Added half a block of blue cheese into the sauce. Chopped up a pepper and some broccoli. Put it into the dish and stirred in the sauce. Topped with a little more blue cheese. It takes about 35 minutes to bake in the oven. Not only do I like the fact that its quick and cheap to make its also a very good way of getting my son to eat vegetables.
