We made a batch of onion chutney yesterday to use up some of the many onions we have harvested so far this year. I used this recipe. I would suggest opening all the doors and windows before starting and arming yourself with some goggles as it gets very toxic cutting all those onions. We ended up with two and a half jars of chutney which is not going to be enough. It really is very good and I will be making another batch soon.
