With food getting more and more expensive I find myself making more use of leftovers. Last night I made dinner with some leftover salmon which I mixed with Philadelphia and herbs to make a salmon pasta. One of my favourite dishes is fried rice which I make at least once a week to use up leftover items in the fridge. Anything can go in, chicken, pork, ham, eggs and most vegetables. I always, feel better when I am using up food that would otherwise be waste. I quite like left over fridge day.
