Penny is now about 44 weeks old or about 10 and a half months. As the weeks have gone by it now seems easier to round her age up to the nearest month when people ask. She continues to grow at an alarming rate but doesn’t appear to gain weigh as quickly, instead simply getting taller by the day.
She mastering crawling sometime ago and is impatient to get onto the next step. At the moment she pulls herself up on any available piece of furniture or anything else that looks like it might support her. We are getting quite a few accidents where she misjudges her standing ability but she is nearly there. With all this practice I would be very surprised if she wasn’t walking within the next few weeks. I guess that’s when things will start to get really interesting.
