I really do wish I had the time the exercise every day buy with with two children under the age of the two it is virtually impossible to find the time. It seems, though that I might have to make more of an effort to fit some exercise in.
This article claims that just 30 minutes of daily exercise can cut high blood pressure by a fifth. It also says that 30 minutes of exercise is a moderate activity such as gardening, dancing or brisk walking. In this case I already do more than 30 minutes daily, if you count walking very quickly whilst pushing two very heavy children. I guess in my mind exercise is something which leaves me very out of breath and sweating, otherwise I don’t feel I’m doing it right.
