If this article is to be believed Cadbury’s have invented a chocolate which doesn’t melt in hot weather. The chocolate has been invented by food scientists working at the Cadbury’s research plant in Bournville. The new Dairy Milk bar can remain solid even when it is left in 104F (40C) heat for three hours. Unfortunately, however, it seems it will not be sold in Britain because it is not warm enough here. The chocolate will instead be destined for the market in India and Brazil.
