With property prices at a premium in many parts of the country it may come as no surprise that £50,000 is the asking price for a parking space in Cornwall. Based in St Ives the space has lovely sea views and not much else really. The five parking spaces that are on sale are nicely placed, however, with a 30 second walk to the town centre so I’m sure someone will snap them up.
